Vekilsunucum Cloud provides web hosting services: web hosting packs, reseller hosting and VPS servers. By purchasing any of our services you agree to the terms below.
Hosting packages are priced in Turkish Lira (₺). Package prices vary by duration and features — the exact price of your package is always displayed at checkout before you pay.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Hosting packages are billed for the package period selected at checkout. We do not store your card details on our servers. Payments are protected by the 3D Secure system.
Hosting packages: if you are not satisfied with your hosting service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase. Contact us at [email protected] with your order details and your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation stops future billing; your service remains active until the end of the current paid period.
Our services may not be used for illegal activities, spam, malware distribution or content that infringes the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
We aim to provide uninterrupted service through our redundant network and server infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.
